Having been married to Catherine Randall for the last 15 years, I have been able to see the work our teachers put into their jobs and feel that they are an under appreciated asset.

Against the Port
Ryan has always declared his opposition to the new Louisiana International Terminal, otherwise known as “the port.” He will do whatever is in his power to oppose this so-called development into our Parish.

Education
Ryan played High School Basketball and after graduation, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in degree in urban planning and public affairs with emphasis on land use and disaster management.

From Home Owner’s Associations to the current Chairman of the St. Bernard Parish Planning Commission, Ryan has been involved in the community.

Ryan is a friend of Law Enforcement and the District Attorney’s Office and believes in Law and Order. He is adamantly against defunding any of our finest.
Keeping St. Bernard Beautiful
Ryan helped write the new cell phone tower ordinance that will keep them concealed, safer and beautified.
Keeping Jobs in St. Bernard
Re-wrote the ordinance to allow our sling and rigging business to stay in St. Bernard Parish. Keeping one of the top ten employers in St. Bernard Parish at home.
Keeping St. Bernard Safe
The school zone that we desperately need for Joe Davies School is now currently in the permitting process.
